4. Course Content
All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Ocsaly Academy or its instructors.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial learning.
You may not:
- Reproduce, sell, or publicly share any course content
- Claim course materials as your own
- Use certificates fraudulently
5. Payments and Refunds
Courses on Ocsaly Academy are either free or paid. Paid courses are processed via PayPal. Ocsaly Academy does not store or access your financial details.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued only in cases of duplicate payments, technical failures, or if a course is inaccessible. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.
6. Certificates
Upon successful course completion, you may be eligible to receive a digital certificate. Certificates include a unique hash for verification. Misuse or falsification of certificates is prohibited and may result in account termination.
7. User Content
If you post comments, questions, or other user-generated content, you grant Ocsaly Academy a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional or educational purposes.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates our standards or legal obligations.
8. Data and Privacy

We use third-party analytics such as Google Analytics. You can opt out via browser-based tracking blockers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ocsaly Academy is not liable for:

You use the Platform at your own risk.
10. Termination
